H.E. President Emmerson Mnangagwa has established Provincial Youngsters Skills Development Centres (PIYSDC) in each of the country's ten provinces, where over 5,000 youths would be recruited annually and given agricultural training. The President, speaking at the introduction of incubation centers at DCK Farm in Kwekwe, described agriculture as one of the country's primary foundations of the economy, emphasizing the government's push to empower youngsters, who make up 62 percent of the overall population.

The Midlands State University (MSU) Incubation Hub has unveiled its first products four months after it was launched by President Mnangagwa. President Mnangagwa officially opened the first incubation hub at MSU to identify, nurture and patent bankable projects from high schools, colleges, polytechnics, universities and the Midlands community in general.
